Competence on the whole line

Hymmen Short Cycle Presses for the production of melamine faced boards are the optimal addition to their continuously expanding press program now covering a whole spectrum of capacities.

One can choose, irrespective of the technology, between continuous short cycle press processes. The first complete short cycle press plant started production in 2007.

Some of the highlights on this unit is that it is hydraulically operated with single daylight hot plated press designed for more than 220 cycles per hour. Due to its simultaneous hydraulic operation with optimal closing action of the laterally moveable heating platen, an even heat transmission and contact time is achieved.

The Hymmen Top Control is intelligent and has been
proven in practice by offering the highest line availability through its 24-hourTeleservice. Optimal handling system for exact positioning of film sheets is ensured, as is its newly developed special film turning system with high position accuracy.

Some of the special services from Hymmen include press extensions; both overhauling and the modernisation of existing units; delivery of press components and spare parts; repair and maintenance work; inspection of units and the dismantling ",,"1d re-assembly of presses and movement plan

Powerful printing with the Hymmen DecoPrint DCP

The direct printing of wooden substances is a trend with high potential for the future. It offers clients an unlimited diversity of design to the furniture industry while flooring production profits from efficiency, accuracy and high output.

The new Hymmen DecoPrint is the fast and economic process for the printing of wood and fantasy decors onto veneers, ceiling panels, cement fibre board, plastic panel, honeycomb boards and wood based panels.

This cost saving surface finishing achieves a first class surface appearance of photo realistic quality due to its very precise print image. Even low cost materials experience a significant upgrading.
