BT3 for Large Edgebanders

Built around a modular frame, BT3 Return Conveyors are available in 5 roller length models, BT3-24 / 30 / 36 / 48 and 60. All models incorporate the fast, simple and highly effective belt transfer system as follows:

Operating Principle

Its receiving rollers are equipped with a down stroke mechanism that is activated by detection of the trailing end of the panels exiting your equipment.
Transfer belts nested in between the rollers are used to side shift product to a set of motorized rollers parallel to your equipment.
Those return rollers are 2" lower than the pass line on your equipment in order to avoid interference when overlapping panels are traveling in opposite directions.
Once the panel has cleared the reception area, the receiving rollers return to their upper position ready to receive the next panel.
BT3 Return Conveyors are built for right or left-handed return, according to your model of edgebander

Operating Speed

BT3 Return Conveyors are equipped with a variable speed drive to match the processing speed of your equipment, receiving table speed is adjustable 30 to 90 feet/min, belt transfer speed is fixed at 180 feet/min and return conveyor speed is adjustable 60 to 180 feet/min.

Application

BT3-24, BT3-30 and BT3-36's are ideal for most casegood applications, such as kitchen & bathroom cabinets and living room furniture.
BT3-48 and BT3-60 conveyors are best suited for surface finishing applications, such as office furniture and display casings

Available in right or left hand return configuration
Feature 24 or 36 inches wide receiving modules and return conveyors
Standard module length is 60 inches, return length is proportionate to the length of your edgebander.
Power requirement is 110 volts - single phase - 15 amps service, no compressed air is required
PVC Rollers are individually driven by welded urethane belts

Return Conveyor for Wide Belt Snaders

Built around a modular frame, BTWB3 Return Conveyors are available in 5 roller length models, BTWB3-24 / 30 / 36 / 48 and 60. All models incorporate the fast, simple and highly effective belt transfer system as follows:

Its standard Receiving and Return Conveyor Lengths are 5 feet and 15 feet respectively. Both sets of rollers can be extended to suit your application.

Direction of Return

According to your indications, BTWB3 Return Conveyors are built for right or left-handed return. However, they remain adaptable to your changing needs throughout their useful life as transfert and return orientation can be field modified from right-hand to left-hand and vice-versa.

Return Conveyor for Multirip Saws

The Doucet BTRS Return is specially designed for use with Straight Line Rip Saws and Gang Rip Saws. They are available in four models BTRS-68, 69, 70 and 71, featuring various widths and lengths of receiving and return rollers, to suit most ripping applications.

Operating Principle: Upon detection of the end of board, the receiving rollers retract and the board is carried to the return rollers by the transfer belts.
The receiving and return conveyor is adjustable 40 to 120 feet per minute.
The belt transfer speed is fixed at 180 feet per minute.
BTRS-69 and BTRS-70 feature canted return rollers.
