This is used for processing solvent-free
UV paint.
The over spray is recovered with a concurrent
reduction of the amount of exhausted air
in the shortest way. This takes place using
rotating, conical extraction drums open
on both sides.
At the same time, the spray guns are aligned
on the infeed of the front opening drum.
By means of a steel belt conveyor, the workpieces
are transported through the rotary centre
of the extraction drum.
Oversprayed paint is transferred via the
steel belt to scraper for recovery. The
paint vapour settles on the inner wall of
the drum and is conveyed by a removal device
to the recycling site. A regenerable dry
filter cleans the exhaust air from paint
particles.
This machine concept is only available
using a continuous steel belt, because with
this combination maximum recovery is possible.
Advantages of this machine:
- a higher level of recovery of the overspray
and rapid return
- reduction of the costs for disposal
- low exhaust air volume
- lowest burden on the environment
